Managing the recruitment process end to end
Keeping an overview of our recruitment needs via regular meetings with our Hiring Managers
Verifying job descriptions with the hiring manager and design interview questions that reflect the positions requirements and attract talents to the company
Screening of potential candidates and planning interviews and assessments
Ensuring that the recruitment process is efficient, effective and equitable
Minimum 7 year's experience in recruiting for manufacturing or niche hiring along with commercial hiring.
Must have experience in recruitment metrics and analytics
Well versed in social media, resume databases and professional networks
Experience with headhunting for mid-level positions
Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using interview techniques
Should have a recognized Masters / Bachelors degree
Proficient MS Excel
