We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Recruiter who can identify, attract, and onboard exceptional AI Engineers, Full Stack Developers, and Cloud Engineers to help drive our innovation agenda forward. This role requires someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, understands cutting-edge technology talent, and can deliver results with speed and precision.
Title :Talent Acquisition Recruiter
End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete hiring lifecycle — from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding — for technical roles across AI, Full Stack, and Cloud domains.
Talent Sourcing: Leverage multiple sourcing channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, job portals, referrals, etc.) to find high-quality technical talent.
Candidate Experience: Create an engaging and professional recruitment experience from first contact through onboarding.
Continuously refine recruitment processes to improve efficiency, quality of hire, and turnaround time.
Market Intelligence: Stay up to date with market trends, emerging skill sets, and competitor hiring strategies to ensure a strong talent pipeline.
Experience: Atleast 6 Months of proven experience in IT recruitment , preferably hiring for AI, Cloud, or Product-based companies.
Technical Understanding: Familiarity with modern engineering roles, tools, and technologies (AI , Python, React, https://jobeax.com/link/JSd7UYCSg572jJDY, GCP, AWS, etc.).
Sourcing Skills: Proficiency in using Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter , GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other advanced sourcing tools.
Ability to partner with technical and non-technical teams to deliver the right talent at the right time.
Ability to use data to improve sourcing strategies and recruitment efficiency.
Work with some of the brightest minds in AI & Cloud.
Gain hands-on experience in tech recruitment & talent strategy .
