About A&M Global Capability Center Private Limited

A&M is seeking a recruiter on contractual basis with minimum 3 years of experience for our Gurugram office . The Recruiter will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization.
Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified talent.
Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and create a shortlist of qualified candidates.
Stay updated on trends and innovative recruiting techniques to remain competitive in the field.
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as a recruiter, in a business consulting environment.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods.
Expertise in HR software and candidate databases.
Experience with various interview formats, including phone screenings and group interviews.
Proficiency in social media, resume databases, and professional networks.
