Job Overview We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Specialists – US IT Recruitment to join our growing recruitment team in Madhapur, Hyderabad .
This is an excellent opportunity for both freshers who want to build a career in US IT recruitment and experienced recruiters looking to grow their careers in Talent Acquisition .
Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for US IT and technology positions.
Source candidates through job portals, professional networks, social media, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on technical skills, experience, location, and job requirements.
Conduct initial screening calls and assess candidates' communication skills, experience, and overall suitability.
Maintain accurate candidate and requisition information in applicant tracking systems.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Develop knowledge of US IT technologies, job roles, employment practices, and recruitment trends.
Meet individual and team recruitment targets while maintaining quality standards.
Support employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives.
For Freshers Freshers with strong communication skills and an interest in HR, recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or US IT staffing are encouraged to apply.

For Experienced Candidates Candidates with experience in US IT recruitment, IT staffing, technical recruitment, or Talent Acquisition will be responsible for independently managing multiple requirements and building qualified candidate pipelines.
Experience with sourcing platforms, applicant tracking systems, Boolean search, technical screening, and US recruitment processes will be an advantage.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Good understanding of recruitment processes.
Willingness to learn US IT technologies and recruitment practices.
Preferred for experienced candidates: Experience with US IT recruitment, staffing, technical recruiting, sourcing tools, job portals, ATS platforms, and Boolean search.
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Prior IT recruitment experience is an advantage but not mandatory for freshers.
Shift: US EST Shift
Working Days: Monday–Friday
Candidates should be comfortable working in US business hours and the corresponding night shift in India.
