Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter role based in Rajkot. The Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring decisions with internal teams and client stakeholders. Daily responsibilities include maintaining talent pipelines, posting job descriptions, conducting reference checks, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process. The Recruiter is expected to maintain accurate recruitment records, track key metrics, and contribute to continuous improvement of hiring strategies.
Candidates should possess strong skills in sourcing, screening, and interviewing, with the ability to manage full-cycle recruitment efficiently.
Candidates should possess proficiency with applicant tracking systems, job portals, and basic HR tools or databases.
Candidates should possess knowledge of HR and recruitment best practices, including fair hiring, diversity, and compliance principles.
Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field are beneficial.
Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, especially in HR consulting or agency environments, is an added advantage.
