You will lead the shift from siloed feature development to a unified service architecture. In this role, as a Technical product manager, you will own the technical definition, coherence, and delivery readiness of major product capabilities. You will operate at the intersection of Product Management, UX, Engineering, and Shared Services, ensuring that product intent becomes scalable, high-quality, technically sound software. This is a role for someone who loves diving into data models, integration patterns, architectural trade-offs, and system behaviour working together with engineering teams to drive momentum.

Hypothesis-Driven Development: You will start with unclear requirements and use rapid discovery, prototyping, and hypothesis testing to validate what 'generally useful' looks like for Deltek.

Very good understanding of integration patterns and distributed systems, paired with the tactical skill to translate ambiguous technical requirements into high-velocity roadmaps using modern, AI-enhanced development practices.
