We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Executive with hands-on Shopify experience to manage day-to-day store operations and support marketplace activities.
The ideal candidate will have practical experience working with Shopify and a good understanding of e-commerce operations. You will be responsible for managing products, inventory, orders, store data, and supporting marketplace operations while coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
Hands-on Shopify experience is mandatory for this role.
Manage Shopify products, collections, variants, SKUs, pricing, inventory, and orders .
Upload and optimize product listings, images, descriptions, and other product-related data.
Manage Shopify navigation, tags, filters, and basic store settings.
Work with Shopify themes and make basic content and layout updates.
Monitor orders, inventory, and overall store performance.
Assist with marketplace operations, including Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Etsy, and other platforms .
Maintain reports, product information, and operational data using Excel and Google Sheets .
Stay updated with the latest e-commerce trends, tools, platforms, and AI tools .
Ensure accuracy and consistency across product and store-related information.
Hands-on experience with Shopify is mandatory.
Experience in e-commerce operations, Shopify store management, or a similar role .
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets .
Willingness to learn and adapt to new e-commerce tools, technologies, and platforms.
