Business Development Executive
Key Responsibilities
Achieve daily, monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets for Electronic, Mortise and Mechanical locks, experience in building Materials, Paint, Furniture segment.
Develop and maintain a strong project pipeline and funnel.
Identify and convert new project opportunities .
Manage relationships with builders, developers, contractors, dealers and key influencers.
Conduct regular market visits and stakeholder meetings.
Manage and strengthen the project dealer network, including stock and outstanding payments.
Track competitor products, pricing and market strategies.
Prepare commercial offers, negotiate and close projects profitably.
Maintain accurate market data, mapping and funnel reports.
Candidate Profile
Direct responsibility for a defined territory or set of key project accounts.
Execute market visits, handle product presentations, dealer coordination.
Drive project conversions from funnel to closure.
Responsible for data collection, market mapping, and engagement with project influencers.
Achieving the daily numbers and spill over numbers(if any) BDE 2 to 4 years of experience in project sales.
