Experience: 6 to 10 years

Role: Business Analyst
We are looking for experienced Business Analysts to join our growing team for enterprise-scale transformation initiatives in the General Insurance domain.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in business analysis, stakeholder engagement, requirement elicitation, agile delivery, and documentation. This role requires the ability to work closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, Architects, IT teams, and senior stakeholders to translate business needs into clear, actionable delivery outcomes.
Engage with business and technology stakeholders to understand business objectives and requirements
Elicit, analyse, document, and validate comprehensive business requirements
Apply industry-standard modelling techniques, including data modelling and BPMN
Drive early testing readiness, including functional testing scenarios and data definitions
Support agile delivery by aligning requirements with business priorities
Work independently with minimal day-to-day supervision
6 to 10 years of overall experience
