GBG EV enables individuals and businesses to earn passive income by investing in EVs that are leased to leading delivery platforms, while the company manages end-to-end operations including fleet deployment, rider onboarding, maintenance, and performance tracking. With a fleet of 10,000+ EVs across 30+ cities and 60+ hubs, backed by 300+ investors, GBG EV is rapidly expanding its footprint in India's last-mile delivery ecosystem. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Talent Acquisition Specialist role based in Bengaluru. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating hiring activities across multiple functions. Responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers to define role requirements, building talent pipelines, and ensuring a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding. The role will also contribute to employer branding initiatives, maintain recruitment metrics, and ensure adherence to company policies and relevant employment regulations. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will work closely with HR and business teams to support workforce planning and meet hiring targets in a fast-growing, operations-driven environment.
Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and offer management.
Experience with Hiring and Interviewing, including structured interviews and assessment coordination.
Skills in Employer Branding, such as promoting the company on job platforms and social media, and enhancing candidate perception.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building capabilities.
Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and professional networking platforms.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Knowledge of relevant labor laws and recruitment best practices; prior experience in startup or growth-stage companies is an advantage.
