About the Role We are looking for a skilled CAM Programmer with hands-on experience in Cimtron software to join our precision machining and mold manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating efficient toolpaths, optimizing machining strategies, and supporting production with accurate CNC programs.
Key Responsibilities
Create, verify, and optimize CNC programs using Cimtron CAM software.
Develop toolpaths for mold bases, precision components, and complex 2D/3D machining.
Review 2D drawings and 3D models to determine machining strategy.
Coordinate with design, machining, and production teams to ensure manufacturability.
Select appropriate tools, feeds, and speeds for different materials (steel, aluminum, etc.).
Troubleshoot machining issues and provide timely solutions.
Maintain program documentation and ensure process standardization.
