The Opportunity Our unique, stylized characters are a signature part of our brand identity, serving as the core heroes, villains, and comedic centerpieces of all our content. We are hiring a Stylized 3D Character Artists to sculpt, model, and texture standout characters for our digital video animations and immersive VR game titles.
Your digital designs will have a global reach and double as the exact blueprints for our professional toy manufacturing workflows. If you have the drive to see your artistic creations brought to life on screen and manufactured into physical merchandise for millions of fans, this is your shot.
Transform 2D concept art and loose design briefs into fully realized, high-readability 3D character models.
Optimize meshes for animation: Build character models with clean, efficient topology and smart UV layouts so our animation team can rig them flawlessly.
Generate tight, watertight, and clean digital assets that can be handed off directly to external toy manufacturing pipelines with zero geometric remodeling.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop concepts, push visual standards, and maintain strict asset consistency across digital and physical mediums.
Move fast, adapt cleanly, and deliver benchmark-setting assets within a fast-paced, content-driven pipeline.
Stylized asset expert: Professional-level proficiency in Blender or ZBrush for 3D character sculpting, modeling, and texturing. You don't hand off messy files that glitch or stretch during animation or manufacturing handoffs.
Show us stylized character models, wireframes, and texture maps that demonstrate true creative excellence. You have a verifiable history of success and are entirely comfortable coordinating reference checks directly with your former creative directors or managers as a routine part of our screening process.
