This role is not just about managing a team but building a strong, scalable practice that delivers real business value to our customers. You will own the end-to-end responsibility of the practice, from driving revenue and shaping solutions to mentoring teams and engaging with customers. If you enjoy wearing multiple hats - technology leader, business owner, and trusted advisor, this role is for https://jobeax.com/link/fO0eYppbsEhx0CKd Leadership & Growth : - Own the P&L for the Data & Analytics practice- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and overall practice expansion- Identify new opportunities across existing and new customers- Build and position differentiated offerings in enterprise data managementCustomer & Delivery Ownership : - Act as the go-to person for key customers and strategic engagements- Ensure quality delivery across projects and maintain customer satisfaction- Engage with leadership team and senior stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into data solutions- Be willing to travel to customer locations as requiredTechnical Thought Leadership : - Provide direction across modern data platforms (cloud data stacks, data engineering, analytics, AI/ML)- Guide teams on architecture, solution design, and best practices- Stay current with industry trends and bring relevant ideas into the organizationPre-sales & Solutioning : - Lead pre-sales efforts including solutioning, proposals, and client presentations- Partner closely with sales teams to convert opportunities into wins- Contribute to RFPs, estimations, and commercial discussionsTeam & People Leadership : - Lead and mentor a 100-member team across different skill sets- Build strong second-line leadership within the team- Drive performance management, capability development, and hiring- Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous learningStakeholder Management : - Work closely with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance, IT, and Quality- Provide regular updates and insights to leadership- Align practice goals with overall company strategyJob Summary : - 16+ years of experience in Data & Analytics / Data Engineering / Enterprise Data Management- Proven experience in leading large teams and managing P&L- Strong understanding of cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and modern data architectures- Experience in working with enterprise customers and handling senior stakeholders- Strong business acumen with the ability to balance delivery, growth, and profitability- A go-getter mindset - someone who takes ownership and drives outcomes- Excellent communication and leadership skills (ref:hirist.tech)
