Data Migration: Import and migrate data from spreadsheets, legacy CRM systems, and other business applications while maintaining data accuracy and integrity.
Integrations and Scripting: Assist with third-party integrations using APIs, webhooks, Zoho Flow, and Deluge scripting, depending on project requirements.
Testing and Documentation: Prepare test scenarios, validate configurations, document system processes, and resolve issues identified during user acceptance testing.
Client Training: Conduct user training sessions, explain configured workflows, and help clients adopt their new systems.
Project Coordination: Track implementation tasks, communicate progress, manage assigned deliverables, and work with internal teams to meet project timelines.
Post-Go-Live Support: Troubleshoot functional issues, address client queries, and recommend improvements as business requirements evolve.
