Job Description :Role & responsibilities :- Design and implement Data Security and Data Protection solutions.- Manage Data Loss Prevention (DLP) technologies across endpoints, email, cloud, and network environments.- Implement and administer data classification and data discovery solutions.- Monitor and investigate data security incidents and recommend remediation measures.- Conduct security assessments, risk analysis, and gap analysis for data protection controls.- Work closely with infrastructure, cloud, application, and compliance teams to strengthen data security posture.- Develop and maintain security policies, standards, and procedures related to data protection.- Support audits, regulatory compliance, and customer security requirements.- Provide guidance on encryption, key management, data retention, and secure data handling practices.- Participate in security architecture reviews and project https://jobeax.com/link/uEmQUQlxeD0ENW20 :- 6 - 10 years of overall IT experience.- 4+ years of relevant experience in Data Security and Data Protection technologies.- Strong knowledge of Data Security and Data Protection concepts.- Experience with DLP solutions such as Microsoft Purview, Symantec DLP, Forcepoint DLP, or similar platforms.- Knowledge of data classification, encryption, Information Rights Management (IRM), and key management.- Experience securing cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).- Understanding of security frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, HIPAA, etc.- Experience with SIEM/SOC operations and incident response processes.- Knowledge of identity and access management concepts (ref:hirist.tech)
