Role Overview :We are seeking a detail-oriented Workday Testing Analyst / Workday Tester with experience in validating Workday applications and business processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing testing activities across Workday implementations, enhancements, integrations, and system upgrades while ensuring the highest quality https://jobeax.com/link/NvZatxrs2F0Jp4GZ Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and execute test plans, test scenarios, and test cases for Workday applications.- Perform functional, integration, regression, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for Workday solutions.- Validate Workday configurations, business processes, reports, and integrations.- Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to understand testing requirements.- Identify, document, track, and support the resolution of defects and issues.- Ensure complete test coverage across Workday modules and related business processes.- Support testing activities for Workday implementations, enhancements, patches, and system upgrades.- Prepare and maintain test documentation, execution reports, and defect logs.- Participate in test planning, test execution, and defect triage meetings.- Verify data accuracy and system functionality to ensure business requirements are met.- Support end-user testing and provide assistance during UAT cycles.- Contribute to quality assurance best practices and continuous improvement https://jobeax.com/link/GTNZKF2kxpVUFhTn Skills & Experience :- 4 - 10 years of experience in software testing, including Workday testing.- Experience testing Workday applications, configurations, and integrations.- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and QA processes.- Experience in functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.- Ability to create and execute comprehensive test cases and test scenarios.- Experience with defect tracking and test management processes.- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
