Responsibilities
Support and enhance enterprise talent acquisition and management applications across the organization
Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical application solutions
Design, configure, test, and implement enhancements within Workday Talent and Recruiting modules
Build and maintain reports using Workday reporting tools to support business decision-making
Collaborate with global stakeholders, technical teams, and project partners across multiple regions
Requirements
Bachelor's degree
4+ years of hands-on experience with Workday Recruiting and Workday Talent
Demonstrated involvement in Workday-Phenom implementation or integration projects
Ability to analyze complex business requirements and deliver practical solutions
Strong stakeholder engagement and business partnering capabilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving skills and sound judgment navigating ambiguity
