Our consultants architect end-to-end Workday solutions that integrate payroll, advanced compensation, benefits, and global compliance—delivering scalable, audit-ready systems for complex multi-country enterprises.
Role & Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end Workday Payroll & Advanced Compensation implementations from scoping to go-live, including process mapping, configuration, and UAT support.
Design and configure complex compensation plans, bonus structures, merit matrices, and incentive models aligned with global or regional business rules.
Integrate Workday Payroll with external systems (bank feeds, tax engines, time tracking) and ensure compliance with Indian labor laws (PF, ESIC, TDS, etc.).
Lead testing cycles—including regression, integration, and parallel pay runs—with finance, HR, and payroll teams to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
Train super-users and provide post-go-live support, resolving configuration and data issues while optimizing system performance.
Collaborate with Workday Success and Finance teams to align compensation logic with financial reporting, GL integration, and budget modeling.
