Role & Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end Workday integration projects — design, build, test, and deploy interfaces using Workday Studio, EIBs, and REST/SOAP APIs.
Architect secure, scalable integration patterns between Workday and external systems (SAP, Oracle, ServiceNow, Okta, etc.) using middleware or custom orchestration.
Translate functional requirements into technical integration specs; collaborate with solution architects and business analysts for seamless data flow.
Manage integration governance — version control, CI/CD pipelines, environment sync, and regression testing across dev/test/prod.
Coach junior integration developers; enforce best practices in error handling, logging, performance tuning, and security compliance.
Support post-go-live stability — troubleshoot production issues, optimize job schedules, and document integration roadmaps for future phases.
