Job Description : - Minimum 5+ years of hands-on Workday implementation, configuration, and production support experience.- Strong expertise in Workday HCM.- Hands-on experience supporting Workday Case Management.- Experience configuring and supporting Workday Business Processes.- Strong understanding of the Workday Security Framework.- Experience supporting global HR organizations and distributed workforce https://jobeax.com/link/QeMAoxuyYu0RrA55 Stack & Skills : - Hands-on experience with Workday Reporting, including Advanced, Matrix, Composite, and Trending Reports.- Experience with Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB).- Experience supporting Workday biannual release cycles, testing, and validation activities.- Experience with Workday Absence Management, Time Tracking, Benefits Administration, and Talent & Performance.- Knowledge of Workday Tenant Management activities.- Experience participating in Workday implementation or transformation programs.- Exposure to HR process optimization and digital transformation initiatives.- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting capabilities.- Experience working within Agile delivery methodologies.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Workday HCM Certification and/or Recruiting Certification.- Prior experience supporting large-scale global Workday environments.
