As a WordPress Developer at Arcitech AI, you will be responsible for building, maintaining, and enhancing WordPress websites that are visually appealing, fully responsive, and optimized for performance. You will work closely with designers and senior developers, assisting in both front-end and back-end tasks. Assist in developing and maintaining WordPress websites
Integrate paid WordPress plugins and customize them based on project needs
Implement UI designs using HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript
Assist in WooCommerce website setup, including product management and basic configurations
Support WooCommerce payment gateway integrations (Razorpay, Stripe, etc.)
2–3 years of hands-on WordPress development experience
Strong knowledge of WordPress core, hooks, and architecture
Proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Experience with page builders such as Elementor, Gutenberg, etc.
Experience with MySQL and database handling
Understanding of hosting environments, deployment, basic server configurations, and DNS configuration (domain pointing, nameservers, records)
Ability to develop custom WordPress plugins or extend existing plugins when required
Experience creating and managing Custom Post Types using ACF (Advanced Custom Fields)
Hands-on experience with WordPress security plugins such as Wordfence or similar
Strong experience in WooCommerce website development, including product setup, customization, and payment integration.
