About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop new service, specialty, and marketing campaign landing pages in WordPress
2. Update, enhance, and maintain existing WordPress pages
3. Troubleshoot WordPress, theme, and plugin-related issues
4. Identify and resolve plugin conflicts, website errors, and functionality issues
5. Optimize website performance, page speed, and Core Web Vitals
6. Handle CSS, JavaScript, images, caching, and other front-end performance issues
7. Manage WordPress plugins, updates, and routine website maintenance
8. Work with cPanel, hosting environments, SSL certificates, and DNS configurations
9. Implement technical SEO requirements, including redirects, schema, canonical tags, and indexing-related fixes
10. Troubleshoot contact forms, responsive/mobile layouts, broken functionality, and other website issues
11. Coordinate with the marketing team to implement website and campaign requirements
12. Document completed fixes and provide clear updates on the work performed

We need someone who can receive a request such as: “This page is loading slowly,” “This plugin is causing an issue,” or “We need a new campaign landing page” and independently investigate the requirement, determine the appropriate solution, implement the fix, test it thoroughly, and explain what was completed.
