Key Responsibilities:
1. Take ownership of building and managing WordPress websites from development to ongoing maintenance, ensuring functionality, usability, and code quality meet project standards.
2. Turn business and client requirements into practical WordPress solutions by building custom features, modifying themes, extending plugins, and integrating external tools and services.
3. Transform design layouts into clean, responsive, and interactive web pages, paying close attention to layout, navigation, functionality, and consistency across different screen sizes.
4. Continuously improve existing websites by working on page speed, website performance, technical SEO, mobile usability, and overall site optimization.
5. Work alongside UI/UX designers, content creators, project managers, and developers to understand project objectives, coordinate implementation, and deliver websites within agreed timelines.
6. Handle ongoing website support by identifying root causes of technical problems, fixing bugs, managing updates, resolving plugin/theme conflicts, and addressing security-related issues to keep websites stable and functional.
