Crown Wears (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Welfare Officer to ensure the well-being of its workforce by promoting a safe, healthy, and supportive working environment. The position involves addressing employee concerns, ensuring compliance with labor welfare regulations, and fostering a positive relationship between workers and management.

Ensure the well-being of workers by addressing their grievances and welfare-related issues promptly.

Ensure compliance with labor laws, factory rules, and statutory welfare provisions.

Maintain required registers and documentation as per labor law guidelines.

Act as a bridge between workers and management to foster effective communication.

Coordinate with medical staff to ensure proper health care services for workers.

Organize awareness sessions on worker rights, safety, hygiene, and personal development.

Ensure female workers' welfare, including maternity benefits and workplace safety.

Monitor and support the proper functioning of childcare/lactation facilities (if applicable).

Academic Qualifications

Bachelor of Arts (BA)

Concentration/Major: Graduation in any discipline

Gender: Female

Training/Course: MS Office
