You are responsible for providing safe and timely transportation services to hotel guests, executives, and the General Manager, ensuring that all transfers, including airport pick-ups, drop-offs, and special transportation requests, are handled professionally and with the highest level of service. As a Driver / GM - Driver , you're not just transporting the guests and executive team between local destinations – you're spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Transportation & Guest Service: Safely transport guests, executives, and the General Manager to designated locations. Assist with luggage handling and ensure a pleasant, professional guest experience.
Safety & Compliance: Follow traffic laws, safety regulations, and hotel policies; At Hilton, our core values define what it takes to succeed here and guide the qualities we look for in every team member:
Proven background as a professional driver, ideally in hospitality or VIP/executive transport.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Strong understanding of local routes, traffic laws, and safety protocols.
Proficient in English; additional languages are a plus.
Flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
