About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Website Manager to lead the performance and optimization of our e-commerce websites across multiple regions. This role is crucial for localizing website content, product pages, pricing, promotions, and customer journeys to maximize conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor website performance and customer behavior using tools like GA4, Hotjar, and Microsoft Clarity.
Plan and execute A/B tests to improve landing pages, product pages, cart, and checkout conversion rates.
Optimize UX/UI, reduce cart abandonment, and enhance overall website conversion.
Manage regional merchandising, ensure inventory visibility, and oversee seasonal launches.
Track website sales KPIs and provide actionable performance insights.
Collaborate with Marketing, Design, Product, Development, and Supply Chain teams to deliver seamless digital experiences.
Ensure website compliance with regional norms and certifications.
Ideal Candidate Profile
We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in e-commerce website management, specifically with expertise in conversion rate optimization (CRO) and digital analytics.
Mandatory Experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce, website management, CRO, or digital analytics, with end-to-end ownership of website conversion and online revenue.
Hands-on CRO experience, including:
Monitoring visitor behavior, traffic, and conversion rates, and systematically improving them.
Planning and running A/B tests on landing pages, product pages, cart, and checkout.
Reducing cart abandonment.
Proven experience localizing website content, product pages, pricing, promotions, and customer journeys across different markets.
Experience with regional merchandising, inventory visibility, and seasonal launches.
Mandatory Technical Skills
Hands-on experience with a major e-commerce platform such as Shopify Plus, Magento, or Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
Strong knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, and A/B testing tools.
Mandatory Skills
Strong UX/UI optimization skills.
Proficiency in tracking website sales KPIs and deriving actionable insights.
Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with Marketing, Design, Product, Development, and Supply Chain teams.
Mandatory Education
A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with international SEO, website localization, and cross-border e-commerce.
Additional Information
Location: NIBM, Pune
This is a new-hire position.
The role will lead website performance optimization and international market expansion initiatives.
