As a Web Development Specialist – AI Trainer, you will use your front-end development expertise to help improve the accuracy, reasoning, and practical capabilities of advanced AI models. You will evaluate AI-generated solutions against real-world web development challenges, focusing on modern UI/UX design, responsive layouts, accessibility, and component architecture. Working on a flexible, remote freelance basis, you will assess code quality, test technical solutions, and identify errors across a wide range of web technologies. You will document reproducible issues and provide detailed explanations that help refine model behavior and evaluation methods. - Identify model errors, reasoning gaps, implementation weaknesses, and recurring failure patterns. - Document reproducible error traces and explain technical issues clearly, showing the reasoning behind your assessments. - Provide actionable feedback to support improvements in prompt engineering, model reasoning, and evaluation metrics. - Apply practical development standards to help make AI-generated web solutions more reliable, accessible, maintainable, and production-ready. Requirements: The ideal candidate has strong practical web development experience and the ability to evaluate technical solutions critically.
