About the job
We are looking for a web designer with hands-on experience in HTML, CSS, WordPress, CMS tools, PHP, and web hosting servers. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and updating company websites and web-based platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop responsive and user-friendly websites using HTML and CSS.
- Develop, customize, and maintain websites using WordPress.
- Manage and update content through various CMS tools.
- Customize WordPress themes, plugins, layouts, and website functionalities.
- Use PHP for basic to intermediate website development and customization.
- Maintain and troubleshoot websites hosted on web hosting servers.
- Manage domains, hosting, SSL certificates, databases, backups, and basic server configurations.
- Monitor website availability, performance, security, and uptime.
- Identify and resolve website errors, broken links, layout issues, and technical problems.
- Perform regular website updates, maintenance, backups, and security checks.
- Ensure websites are responsive and compatible across different browsers and devices.
- Optimize website pages for speed, usability, and basic SEO requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand website requirements and implement changes.
- Maintain proper documentation of website configurations, hosting details, and updates.
- Assist in website migration, deployment, and server-related activities when required.
- Stay updated with the latest web technologies, CMS platforms, security practices, and design trends. Skill(s) required
