About Medico Workforce

Medico Workforce is an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) designed to help recruitment agencies, staffing firms, and businesses manage job openings, track candidates, and streamline their recruitment workflows.

We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive who can use tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and https://jobeax.com/link/1Bgry9b1JjF3T7c4 to identify potential customers, generate qualified leads, initiate sales conversations, and convert prospects into paying customers.

Key Responsibilities

Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and https://jobeax.com/link/1Bgry9b1JjF3T7c4 to identify and research potential customers.
Build targeted prospect lists of recruitment agencies, staffing companies, HR teams, and small and medium-sized businesses.
Identify decision-makers, including business owners, founders, HR managers, recruitment heads, and talent acquisition leaders.
Find and verify relevant business contact information.
Develop personalized outreach campaigns through LinkedIn and email.
Initiate conversations with potential customers and identify their recruitment software requirements.
Present our product features and explain how the platform can support recruitment operations.
Schedule product demonstrations with interested prospects.
Follow up with leads, handle objections, negotiate where appropriate, and move opportunities towards closing.
Maintain an organized sales pipeline and update lead statuses in the CRM or designated tracking sheet.
Track outreach performance, response rates, qualified meetings, sales opportunities, and customer conversions.
Research competitors and share market feedback to improve sales strategies.
Work towards agreed weekly and monthly lead-generation and revenue targets.

Required Skills and Experience

1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, SaaS sales, lead generation, or business development.
Practical experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting and identifying decision-makers.
Hands-on experience with https://jobeax.com/link/1Bgry9b1JjF3T7c4 for lead research, contact discovery, and prospecting.
Experience creating targeted lead lists based on industry, company size, location, job title, and other relevant criteria.
Good understanding of cold outreach, personalized email campaigns, and LinkedIn prospecting.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to qualify leads, understand customer needs, and handle sales objections.
Experience booking meetings, conducting follow-ups, and converting leads into sales opportunities.
Ability to maintain accurate lead records and report sales activity.
A target-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience selling SaaS products or recruitment technology.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HR technology, or recruitment software.
Experience selling to recruitment agencies, staffing firms, HR departments, or business owners.
Experience managing a sales pipeline and working towards measurable revenue targets.

Performance Expectations

The selected candidate will be expected to:

Build a consistent pipeline of relevant prospects.
Generate qualified leads rather than just large contact lists.
Initiate meaningful sales conversations with decision-makers.
Schedule product demonstrations with potential customers.
Maintain consistent follow-ups and accurate pipeline records.
Contribute to converting prospects into paying Medico Workforce customers.

Performance will be evaluated based on lead quality, outreach effectiveness, qualified meetings, sales opportunities, and actual customer conversions.

Compensation

Salary and performance-based incentives will be discussed based on the candidate's experience, skills, and ability to generate sales.

Who Should Apply?

This role is best suited for someone who already knows how to use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and https://jobeax.com/link/1Bgry9b1JjF3T7c4 for B2B prospecting and wants to take ownership of the sales process—from finding the right prospects to helping convert them into paying customers.
