Amgen seeks a Warehouse Business Process Specialist to support global warehousing operations in Hyderabad. The role involves maintaining controlled documentation, coordinating training activities, and managing business continuity processes across the warehouse network while collaborating with regional stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Design, document and maintain Global Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions in collaboration with stakeholders
Manage controlled document lifecycle in CDOCS system, coordinating approvals and escalating unresolved issues
Support audit and inspection readiness by retrieving documentation and preparing evidence
Develop and maintain training content, learning activities and qualifications for global warehousing processes
Collect stakeholder feedback and data to identify process improvements and training effectiveness gaps
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, economics or related field; 5-9 years total experience
2+ years in supply chain, logistics, warehousing, quality systems, or regulated environment experience
Basic GMP knowledge and familiarity with ERP and WMS systems, preferably SAP (E)WM
Experience documenting business processes, SOPs, work instructions, and quality management system documents
Strong technical writing skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office
Ability to facilitate cross-functional workshops and coordinate geographically diverse stakeholders
Fluent English communication skills and experience in matrix-based organizations
