Job Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines into and within Amazon Redshift- Implement and manage AWS DMS replications (CDC / full load) from source systems to AWS- Build SQL-based data transformations (staging - curated / data mart layers)- Model analytical tables for reporting, dashboards, and downstream consumers- Monitor pipeline health, fix failures, and improve performance (query tuning, load strategy, partitioning/sort/dist keys where applicable)- Ensure data quality: validation checks, reconciliation, documentation of logic and SLAs- Collaborate with analysts, BI developers, and stakeholders on data requirements- Follow AWS and data-platform best practices for security, cost, and reliability (ref:hirist.tech)
