About the job

As a Voice Process Executive (Telecaller) at Ready Steady Go Kids, you'll speak with prospective customers, understand their needs, and guide them through the next steps. You'll help build interest through clear, thoughtful conversations and support the team's lead generation and conversion goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to new leads, introduce Ready Steady Go Kids, and establish a clear, professional connection.
2. Ask relevant questions to understand each caller's interests and requirements, then share accurate information in a concise, helpful way.
3. Follow up with interested leads at appropriate times, keeping conversations timely and focused on their next steps.
4. Respond to queries and concerns with patience, effective communication, and a courteous telephone manner.
5. Record call outcomes, lead details, and follow-up actions accurately in the relevant systems.
6. Identify common reasons leads hesitate or do not proceed, and share useful feedback with the team.
7. Review your call outcomes with the team and refine your approach to improve lead engagement and conversion rates.

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹12,000 - 15,000 /month (only for freshers)

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 1,80,000 - 2,10,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 36,000 - 70,000 /year
