Role Description The Visual Merchandiser at PInterview is a full-time, remote role responsible for shaping the visual presentation of the platform's brand and offerings. In this role, the individual will design and maintain compelling digital 'window displays' and visual layouts for web pages, landing pages, and promotional content that highlight key services and user journeys. Day-to-day tasks include planning and executing visual concepts, collaborating with marketing and product teams to align visuals with campaign goals, and optimizing layouts to improve user engagement and conversion. The Visual Merchandiser will also monitor performance of visual assets, refine designs based on analytics and feedback, and ensure that all visual elements are consistent with brand guidelines and accessible to a diverse audience.
Candidates should possess retail and sales-related skills, including an understanding of consumer behavior, online merchandising, and conversion-focused presentation.
Candidates should possess window displays and visual merchandising skills, with experience in creating eye-catching layouts and storytelling through design.
Figma, Adobe Creative Suite), basic knowledge of UX/UI principles, and familiarity with e-commerce or online platforms are beneficial.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines; prior experience in visual merchandising or digital marketing is an advantage.
Education in design, visual merchandising, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
