Job Summary

We are looking for a Visual Content Creator to develop consumer-focused digital content for social media and e-commerce platforms. The role will involve creative planning, visual content production, social media content and e-commerce creatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts, content ideas, storyboards and campaign creatives.
  

• Create videos, reels, carousels, motion graphics, infographics, thumbnails and social media creatives.
  

• Develop content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn and other digital platforms.
  

• Create e-commerce creatives including product images, banners, promotional creatives and A+ content.
  

• Develop content for marketplace and D2C platforms.
  

• Support social media content planning and publishing.
  

• Monitor social media and digital content trends.
  

• Review content performance including reach, engagement, CTR and conversions.
  

• Coordinate with marketing and other internal teams for content development and approvals.
  

• Maintain consistency in visual identity and communication across digital platforms.
  

• Support product launches, promotional campaigns and seasonal campaigns.
  

• Manage multiple creative projects and deliver content within timelines.

Experience Required

• 3+ years of experience in content creation, social media, digital marketing, multimedia or creative marketing.
  

• Experience in B2C, D2C, e-commerce, consumer brands or digital agencies is preferred.
  

• Hands-on experience creating social media and e-commerce content.
  

• Experience with video editing and graphic design tools.
  

• Experience using AI-based content creation tools is preferred.
  

• Experience creating content for Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa or D2C platforms will be an advantage.
  

Candidate Profile

• Strong creative thinking and visual communication skills.
  

• Good understanding of social media trends and content performance.
  

• Ability to independently develop and execute creative concepts.
  

• Strong portfolio demonstrating social media, campaign and e-commerce creatives.
  

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Knowledge of healthcare, pharmaceutical or nutraceutical content guidelines will be an advantage.
