About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage day-to-day administrative and operational tasks remotely.
2. Maintain task trackers and follow up on pending work to ensure timely completion.
3. Organize and maintain files, records, and routine documentation.
4. Perform basic photo cropping and other simple administrative tasks.
5. Conduct online research and gather relevant information as required.
6. Compare vendor quotations and support vendor-related coordination.
7. Coordinate orders and communicate with vendors or other external parties.
8. Prepare routine documents and check records for completeness and accuracy.
9. Communicate and coordinate effectively with team members and external stakeholders.

The work is varied but generally not high-volume.
