About the job

We're looking for a young Videographer who is curious, creative, and wants to learn fast. You'll work across branded films, digital content, social media, interviews, documentaries, original content, and new formats. This role is about more than operating a camera. It's about understanding light, composition, movement, people and storytelling -and learning how to turn an idea into something visual. You'll get exposure to the entire production process and work across different kinds of shoots, locations, and creative briefs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Shoot branded films, digital content, interviews, documentaries, and original content.
2. Translate creative ideas into strong and engaging visuals.
3. Handle framing, composition, lighting, camera movement, and lens choices.
4. Develop different visual styles based on the story, brand, and format.
5. Work across controlled shoots and real-world locations.
6. Assist in planning visual approaches for upcoming productions.
7. Collaborate closely with directors, producers, creatives, and editors.
8. Take ownership of the visual quality of all content being shot.
9. Experiment with new formats, techniques, and AI-led production workflows.

1. 1–5 years of experience in videography, filmmaking, cinematography, branded content, advertising, production, or related work.

2. Strong visual eye and understanding of storytelling.

3. Interest in cameras, lighting, composition, and filmmaking.

4. Curiosity and genuine desire to continuously improve at the craft.

5. Ability to think creatively rather than simply follow instructions.

6. Ability to take ownership and figure things out independently.

7. Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where every project can be different.

8. Willingness to travel for shoots when required.

9. Willingness to experiment and learn new ways of creating.

10. Someone hungry and genuinely motivated to learn and grow.

11. Willingness to learn cinematography, lighting, editing, storytelling, production, AI, new formats, and how the business works.

12. Willingness to work alongside experienced filmmakers, producers, and creatives and learn how professional productions come together, from the initial creative thought to the final film.

13. Interest in contributing to original content and IP, with opportunities to help create original work rather than only producing content for others.
