About the job

As a Video Editor at SRX Robotics, you will be responsible for creating visually engaging and compelling videos that showcase world's cutting-edge robotics technology and eco-system. Your passion for storytelling and creative direction will be crucial in translating complex robotic concepts into easily digestible and engaging content.

Robotics experience or technical knowledge is NOT mandatory. But curiosity about robotics, AI, technology and the future, IS!

Key Responsibilities:

1. Edit high-retention videos for YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn & X
2. Create short-form and long-form content
3. Edit founder/researcher interviews and podcasts
4. Create motion graphics and animations of explainer videos
5. Explain complex robotics concepts visually (technical robotics description will be given to you)
6. Develop a distinctive visual identity for the brand
7. Work directly with the founder on storytelling, hooks and creative direction
8. Turn one interview into multiple pieces of exceptional content
9. Experiment constantly with pacing, sound, colors, texts, visuals and storytelling

4. Strong storytelling and pacing instincts

5. Experience with Editing tools

6. After effects, motion graphics, and AI skills

6. Understanding of short-form content & retention

7. Strong visual taste
