About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Edit engaging YouTube videos, Instagram Reels, and Shorts from raw footage to final delivery.
2. Create edits with strong storytelling, pacing, and audience retention rather than simply cutting clips together.
3. Add music, sound design, captions, motion graphics, and visual effects wherever required.
4. Organize project files and maintain an efficient editing workflow.
5. Contribute creative ideas during content planning and brainstorming sessions.
6. Collaborate closely with the Creator to continuously improve video quality and viewer experience.
7. Incorporate feedback, manage revisions, and continuously develop editing skills.

This role is ideal for someone who genuinely loves YouTube, enjoys storytelling through editing, and wants to grow as part of a creator-led business rather than simply completing editing tasks.
