About the job
1. Edit raw footage- including UGC, influencer, studio, and product shoots into campaign-ready videos for Meta platforms (Instagram Reels, Feed, Stories) and marketplace listings (Amazon, Flipkart).
2. Deliver first cuts within a 24-48 hour turnaround window from receipt of footage.
3. Produce multiple variants of a single script, including alternate hooks, opening sequences, and durations (15s / 30s / 45s), to support A/B testing.
4. Incorporate subtitles, text overlays, transitions, sound design, and graphics, with particular attention to sound-off viewing conditions.
5. Work from AV scripts and creative briefs, interpreting shot-level direction accurately.
6. Maintain fast, disciplined pacing appropriate to short-form performance creative.
7. Resize and reformat master edits across 9:16, 1:1, and 4:5 aspect ratios efficiently.
8. Coordinate closely with the performance marketing and creative teams, and action revisions within the same working day where required.
9. Maintain organised footage libraries, project files, exports, and version control to enable rapid re-cuts and asset retrieval.
