About The Soul Foods

The Soul Foods (TSF) is a Hyderabad-based D2C food brand on a mission to bring authentic, traditional nutrition back into Indian kitchens. We make wood-pressed cooking oils. We've grown into a multi-channel brand selling across Amazon, Flipkart, and our own website. We're now opening our first experience centre in Nagole, Hyderabad; a space where customers can see the Ghani in action, shop our oils, and enjoy kitchen-fresh food made the traditional way.
