Key responsibilities:

Key responsibilities:
1) Creative Storytelling: Transform raw footage into compelling visual stories that align with the brand's vision.
2) Visual & Musical Language: Have a strong understanding of pacing, composition, transitions, sound design and music to create impactful edits.
3) Creative Collaboration: Work closely with team, photographers, directors and the wider team to bring creative concepts to life.
4) Content Creation & Editing: Edit reels, campaigns, fashion films and social content while maintaining a strong visual identity and attention to detail.
5) Adaptability & Team Spirit: Be open to ideas, experiment with new editing styles and contribute creatively while working seamlessly within a fast-paced team.
6) Set Assistance & Filmmaking: Be willing to assist on set with filming, camera work, lighting, behind-the-scenes content and other production requirements, while actively contributing to the creative process. Help out at our studio whenever required.

Not someone who just cuts footage and syncs music. Someone who notices the rhythm of a song, knows when a shot needs to breathe, when a cut needs to hit, and cares about the little details that make an edit feel right.

We're looking for someone with their own taste, references and point of view. Someone who can take an idea, play with it, and sometimes make it better than what was originally imagined.

We work across fitness, fashion, lifestyle & commercial films, so there's plenty of room to experiment and make things that actually feel like something.
