About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Shoot product demonstrations, customer testimonials, Instagram Reels, YouTube videos, and behind-the-scenes footage based on briefs provided by our team.
2. Set up lighting, camera angles, microphones, and backgrounds for clear, professional recordings.
3. Edit footage into engaging videos with clean cuts, subtitles, music, graphics, and clear audio.
4. Record and edit podcast videos, including audio cleanup and short clips from longer recordings.
5. Adapt footage into vertical, horizontal, and short-form formats for Instagram and YouTube.
6. Follow Morecare's brand guidelines for colours, fonts, subtitles, transitions and overall visual style.
7. Use AI-assisted tools to improve editing speed and support video production as directed.
8. Coordinate shoots with our team and help people feel comfortable on camera.
9. Work quickly, meet agreed deadlines, and incorporate feedback promptly.
10. Organise raw footage, project files and final exports for easy access and reuse.
11. Follow the team's consent and privacy process when filming customers and families.

Who can apply

1. have minimum 1 years of experience

Other requirements

1. 1–2 years of practical experience in videography and video editing.

2. Ability to independently shoot with a smartphone or camera.

3. Good understanding of framing, lighting, audio recording, and product close-ups.

4. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or an equivalent editing tool.

5. Understanding of pacing and editing styles suitable for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and longer videos.

6. Ability to accurately add and proofread Hindi and English subtitles.

7. Attention to brand consistency and visual detail.

8. A fast, organised working style and ability to follow briefs.
