We are hiring for a fast-growing AI company in Bangalore building a platform for coaches and experts. They're scaling their content team and this is an early hire into it.

About the role

The Video Editor will work closely with creative and production teams to edit raw footage into polished videos for marketing, social media, and other digital platforms.

You'll take raw footage and shape it into finished video — building and refining sequences, adding transitions and effects, syncing audio, and grading colour so everything holds together visually. You'll bring in motion graphics and visual elements where they're needed, and work with the team on storyboards and concepts before the edit begins.

Alongside the craft, you'll keep your projects and assets in good order, hit your deadlines, stay within brand guidelines, and speak up with ideas that make the work better.

The craft we're hiring for

• Editing — you can carry a piece end to end, from raw footage to final cut
• Colour — you grade for consistency, mood and quality across a whole body of work
• Motion graphics — you can build visual elements, titles and animations that hold attention

What else helps

• Fluency in the standard tools — Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut or similar
• A strong sense of visual storytelling, an eye for detail, and comfort working inside brand guidelines
• Clear communication, and the ability to work well with people across different teams
• Training or a background in film, media or design, and prior experience in editing or post-production
