About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Edit short-form videos, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and social media content according to brand requirements.
2. Create engaging video edits using cuts, transitions, captions, music, sound effects, motion graphics and basic color correction.
3. Work with the creative and social media team to understand briefs, implement feedback and deliver videos within deadlines.

Adobe After Effects Adobe Premiere Pro Audio Editing Color Correction Motion Graphics Video Editing Video Making

Earn certifications in these skills

Other requirements

1. Freshers with a good portfolio are welcome to apply.

2. Candidates should have hands-on knowledge of at least one professional video editing tool such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve or CapCut.

3. Good understanding of social media video formats, especially Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.

4. Creativity and attention to detail are important.

5. Candidates with a portfolio/showreel will be preferred.

6. Ability to work from office and meet deadlines.

7. Candidates who have created content for brands, agencies, influencers or social media pages will have an advantage.

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 12,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 5,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 1,00,000 - 3,00,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 1,00,000 - 2,00,000 /year
