About the Company:
Publicis Groupe is hiring a Video Editing Intern to support the creation of engaging, high-quality visual content for diverse brand and communication projects. This is a three-month, full-time, in-office opportunity based in Lower Parel, Mumbai, with a potential full-time opportunity for strong performers after the internship.
Responsibilities:
Assist with editing short-form and long-form video content for digital, social, and campaign requirements.
Organize footage, select suitable shots, synchronize audio, and support colour and basic sound corrections.
Collaborate with creative, content, and production teams to understand briefs and deliver edits on schedule.
Prepare content in appropriate formats and aspect ratios for different platforms.
Incorporate feedback accurately while maintaining visual consistency and storytelling quality.
Requirements:
0–2 years of experience in video editing, including relevant academic, freelance, or personal projects.
Working knowledge of video editing workflows and commonly used editing software.
A good eye for pacing, composition, transitions, music, and visual storytelling.
Strong attention to detail, willingness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively in an office environment.
Availability for the complete three-month internship in Lower Parel, Mumbai.
The internship offers a monthly stipend of ₹15,000–₹20,000. Based on performance, selected interns may be considered for a full-time opportunity after completion.
