About the Role

We are seeking detail-oriented Video Data Annotators to review and label video and audio content for AI development projects.

You will annotate multimedia clips according to project-specific guidelines, evaluate AI-generated descriptions, assess content against moderation standards, and provide clear written feedback on inaccuracies or ambiguous outputs.

This role requires strong attention to visual and audio detail, consistent application of evaluation guidelines, and the ability to maintain accuracy when handling high volumes of data. Previous AI experience is not required.

Key Responsibilities

Video & Audio Annotation

• Review and annotate short video and audio clips according to project-specific guidelines.

• Label multimedia content accurately and consistently.

• Evaluate AI-generated descriptions for accuracy and appropriateness.

• Identify unclear, inaccurate, or ambiguous descriptions and document relevant findings.

• Maintain high annotation quality across large volumes of submissions.

Content Evaluation & Moderation

• Assess multimedia content against established moderation standards.

• Flag potentially inappropriate or uncertain material and provide a clear rationale.

• Apply evaluation guidelines consistently when reviewing content.

• Provide concise written feedback highlighting inaccuracies, ambiguities, and quality issues.

Quality Assurance & Documentation

• Verify annotation accuracy and consistency.

• Maintain data integrity throughout the review and labeling process.

• Document findings clearly to support quality evaluation and project requirements.

• Identify opportunities to improve annotation processes and share relevant recommendations.

Remote Collaboration & Data Confidentiality

• Collaborate remotely with project managers and other specialists to clarify guidelines.

• Adapt to changing project requirements and annotation procedures.

• Follow data protection and confidentiality requirements when handling project materials.

• Work independently while meeting established quality standards.

Required Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail when reviewing visual and audio content.

• Ability to follow detailed instructions and apply evaluation guidelines consistently.

• Strong English communication skills, particularly written feedback.

• Ability to identify inaccuracies, ambiguities, and inappropriate content.

• Capacity to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications
