About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven User Acquisition & Performance Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience in running paid acquisition campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, offerwall platforms, and rewarded advertising networks .

The ideal candidate should understand performance marketing, reward-based user acquisition, campaign optimization, and monetization strategies to drive quality users, engagement, conversions, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. User Acquisition & Paid Campaign Management

• Plan, launch, manage, and scale user acquisition campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and other paid advertising channels.

• Execute app install, user registration, engagement, and conversion-focused campaigns.

• Manage campaign budgets, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and creative testing.

• Optimize campaigns to improve CPI, CPA, CAC, ROAS, and overall acquisition performance.

• Identify new paid acquisition channels and opportunities to scale quality traffic.

2. Rewards & Offerwall Campaign Management

• Manage reward-based user acquisition campaigns and offerwall integrations.

• Work with offerwall providers, affiliate networks, publishers, and rewarded traffic partners.

• Plan and execute incentive-based campaigns to increase user engagement and conversions.

• Optimize offer placements, payouts, conversion rates, and reward-driven user journeys.

• Monitor traffic quality, fraudulent conversions, and reward abuse.

3. Campaign Performance & Optimization

• Track campaign performance across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and rewarded advertising networks.

• Analyze acquisition funnels, user retention, engagement, and monetization metrics.

• Conduct A/B testing of creatives, audiences, landing pages, and campaign strategies.

• Monitor daily spending, conversion rates, acquisition costs, and campaign profitability.

• Scale high-performing campaigns while maintaining acquisition efficiency.

4. Tracking, Analytics & Reporting

• Set up and manage conversion tracking, pixels, events, postbacks, and attribution.

• Work with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Firebase, Meta Events Manager, AppsFlyer, Adjust, or similar tools.

• Prepare performance reports covering acquisition, retention, revenue, ROI, and ROAS.

• Collaborate with product, creative, and technology teams to improve campaign performance.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2–5 years of experience in User Acquisition, Performance Marketing, or Growth Marketing .

• Strong hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns .

• Experience with rewarded user acquisition, offerwall campaigns, or incentive-based advertising.

• Understanding of Google App Campaigns, Search, Display, and Meta conversion campaigns.

• Knowledge of CPI, CPA, CPC, CPM, CPE, CAC, ROI, and ROAS.

• Experience in campaign tracking, conversion attribution, and performance optimization.

• Ability to independently manage budgets and scale campaigns.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with offerwall platforms such as Tapjoy, AdGem, AdGate Media, Torox, or similar networks.

• Experience in app-based, browser-based, rewards, gaming, or consumer internet products.

• Knowledge of affiliate marketing, rewarded engagement, and monetization funnels.

• Experience driving both paid user acquisition and post-install engagement.
