Key Responsibilities:

1. Make inbound/outbound calls to customers in the US.
2. Explain company services and answer customer queries professionally.
3. Generate and qualify leads.
4. Follow up with prospective customers to maximize conversions.
5. Update customer details and call outcomes in the CRM.
6. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for incentives.
7. Maintain high-quality communication and customer satisfaction.
