About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent positions across diverse industries within the US market.
2. Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to analyze workforce requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
3. Identify, source, and engage high-caliber talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search techniques, networking, and employee referrals.
4. Conduct comprehensive candidate evaluations, including resume screening, behavioral interviews, and technical pre-assessments to ensure alignment with client requirements.
5. Coordinate interview logistics, facilitate communication between stakeholders, and manage the end-to-end interview process.
6. Maintain accurate candidate and client records within Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), ensuring data integrity and compliance.
7. Monitor recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, submission-to-interview ratio, and offer acceptance rate, to drive continuous process improvement.
8. Deliver exceptional candidate and client experiences through proactive communication and timely follow-ups throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
9. Stay informed of US labor market trends, industry developments, and emerging talent acquisition technologies to optimize sourcing strategies.
10. Successfully meet and exceed recruitment KPIs while maintaining a strong focus on quality of hire and client satisfaction.

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 6 months

Salary during probation: ₹15,000 - 15,250 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,32,000 - 3,20,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 2,16,000 - 2,20,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 16,000 - 1,00,000 /year
