About the job

As a US IT Recruiter at Bisana Connective Solutions, you'll guide candidates and hiring teams through a clear, responsive recruiting process. You'll help identify qualified technology talent, communicate role details accurately, and keep each search moving from outreach to offer.

Key responsibilities:

1. Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, priorities, and timelines before launching each search.
2. Source candidates for US-based IT openings through relevant channels, tailoring outreach to the role and candidate.
3. Conduct initial conversations to assess skills, interests, availability, and alignment with stated role requirements.
4. Explain opportunities and next steps clearly, responding to candidate questions with timely, professional communication.
5. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams, sharing schedules and preparation details and gathering feedback.
6. Maintain accurate candidate records and provide regular updates on pipeline progress, outstanding feedback, and search activity.
7. Support offer coordination by communicating decisions, confirming candidate interest, and helping resolve process questions.
